No Planning Permit - Don't Start

Greg Payne, General Manager, advises that designers, property developers and builders need to be sure building permit documents remain consistent with planning permits. Building surveyors checking documents for a building permit/ approval are required to ensure the building permit documentation complies with the planning approval, in particular the endorsed plans.
